Over the past several years, the projects and programs of World Partners for Development
has transformed the lives of many people in the rural communities of Ghana.

HIV/AIDS, Malaria and other diseases
WPD has worked with Human Development Focus in the BA Region of Ghana on education,
awareness, and prevention of HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and water related diseases in communities
and schools.

Water and Sanitation programs

Micro- finance program with Human Development Focus, Ghana.

Environmental Sustainability projects with Human Development Focus, in Ghana.

Community Empowerment
Implemented gari processing as an income generating project, and conducted environmental
programs in the Eastern Region area of Ghana.

Materials Donation
Distributed educational materials that were distributed to schools.

  • Africare - Established baseline information on HIV/AIDS, child labor, and child trafficking
    project for Western Region of Ghana.
