Progress Report
Donation to ICCM Youth Group
World Technical Volunteers fulfilled their mission on Kids/Youth visual
learning program by providing some Audio-visual equipment to the ICCM
Youth Group of Alexandria, Virginia, U.S.A., to enhance their general
education program through the power of Audio-visual. WTV saw their need
after visiting them on their Audio-visual programs concerning health and
other moral issues around the world on video, TV and DVD documentary.
The International Center for Christian Ministries Youth Group is made up of
youth of African background who are using Audio-visual to explorer positive
programs around the world to transform their lives and also to be empowered
to build the next generation with positive attitude of helping and volunteering
in any part of the world.
WTV which support Kids/Youth visual learning programs around the world to
help Kids/Youth learn new concepts through visual tools donated a brand
new 20 inches Flat Screen Stereo Television and other accessories to the
youth group through their head Mr. Agokere who was so much appreciated
with the gift. He said, the gift came in at the right time to meet their special
need. Presentation was made by the World Technical Volunteers president
Mr. Darko.

Thank You! World Technical and Partners
Christmas brings joy to all children especially if they have some
Christmas toys to play with, WTV responded to the dying need request of
the Skapiski Secondary School Needy kids Christmas & New Year
Project by donating large quantity of toys to the group in far Lithuania to
keep the disadvantaged kids in a happy Christmas and New Year mood.
Find below is a special thank you letter from the Lithuania group.
Dear President,
We have received your package with lovely Santa Claus and Snowman cups
for the underprivileged children. Your attention and concern to have these
items provided to our school is much appreciated as well the goods
themselves, although the package didn` t reach our school before Christmas
party. Nevertheless, the gifts were handed to the needy children after the
classes. I did also explain that these items were supposed to be received on
the Christmas Wish project occasion. On the behalf of all our staff and
students I am expressing our gratitude and may the New Year be joyous and
peaceful to You. Once again, thank you very much for your tremendous
concern and effort to help the disadvantaged and underprivileged children.
The Christmas Wish project was such a success owing to many people who
have
contributed to it. If you intend to visit our school`s site, you are going to view
the photographs of the Christmas Party during which the donated things have
been given to the needy children. Here is the link to an updated website of
Skapiskis Secondary school with photos from the Christmas party:
www.skapiskischool.00page.com The day after the party was a very special
one because
it was dedicated for visiting the families of socially disadvantaged kids.
Children were very positively impressed and responded very happily as they
received the Christmas presents they were in the great need of. The
impression we gained was also very kind, but while visiting the families next
day we saw, that conditions were very awful there. The lack of hygienic and
sanitary means is another problem they face. Asking you once again to be of
some help would be unfair, because you have already contributed so much
to the fulfillment of our project. School` s principal Mrs.Birute Zaborskiene,
the social worker Mrs. Rita
Kiauleniene and me are organizing another event of collecting some
sanitary and hygiene means for the families where these socially
underprivileged children come from. Perhaps you could advise, what the
appropriate organizations are that we could apply for such activity.
Once again, we are very obliged to you for everything you did and wish you
much success in everything during the year 2005.
We do fairly hope our relations on disadvantaged and underprivileged
children` s issue will remain active in future.
